Invitation to 90-day Total Body Transformation

Heather Ashley Health and Fitness is having an open night to talk through her 90-Day Total Body Transformation programme. This is a very unique programme, as it’s designed to transform old habits into new habits and behaviours that will get you the long lasting results you want.

What percentage of diets fail? Yes you've no doubt guessed it, 98%! Why? That’s because they're missing this step. The diet mentality is based on deprivation. Eventually, this method falls apart which leads to a forget it and binge despite all your hard work you gain the weight back. This is so frustrating!

So this programme focuses on what the 2% of people do to sustain the loss. That’s the category you want to be in.

At the end of the open night you will discover:

What health goal or vision you have for the next 90 days What’s been stopping you from having the health you want Clear steps on what you need to do to achieve your goal

Afterwards you will be given the option to join a small group of 4 maximum, to go through the programme and get the desired results.

It's £249 for the 90 day's, which can be paid in monthly installments.

What's involved

100% commitment from you, it's only for 90 days, after that you can decide which path to follow. There will be a weekly hour coaching session held at Callachans starting 8th May @ 8pm with Heather, these will continue throughout the programme, 8pm every Monday at Callachans. As it's grouped based there will need to be open participation in order for you to get the best results. Hot stone massage, 1 hour ; only £25.00!


Each hot stone massage therapy session promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body.

The premise behind hot stone massage therapy is that the direct heat of the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist access to their deeper muscle layers. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.



At Callachan's Health & Therapy we currently have 2 x METAFIT Classes on the timetable per week (if you've never given this type of training a go then perhaps it's time you did!!!)

This 1/2 hour workout will suit those who want to "get in" and "get it done"!! When it comes to fat burning, current research shows this type of high intensity interval training can be more effective than say a long steady state duration run.

Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm with CRAIG / Thursday evenings at 5.30pm with HEATHER!! Pay as you go!
