Claire has practiced yoga for years however, she connected with it on a much deeper level when she was pregnant. Claire loved the fact she could still get her body moving and loved making that time to connect with the little human growing inside her. Yoga was so useful for every stage of her pregnancy and continues to be as she raises her family.

The relaxation and breathing techniques she practised became like second nature and were simply amazing for pregnancy and for birthing!

Becoming a mother was certainly the most profound thing that has ever happened to Claire and she is delighted to have the privilege of working with women at this transformative and amazing time of their lives.
